FARGO, ND – Today, District 10 Representative Jared Hendrix announced he will be sponsoring the 2nd Annual Fargo Community Soccer Tournament, set for Saturday, September 13. Six teams are slated to compete: United F.C., Fargo United, Black Stars, Western Boys United, FM United, and Somali F.C. Matches will take place from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. at Ed Clapp Park (2807 30th Ave S).
Last fall, Rep. Hendrix’s campaign organized the inaugural Fargo Community Soccer Tournament, attracting more than 400 attendees — primarily members of Fargo’s growing new American community. Having pledged to hold this tournament again in 2025, Rep. Hendrix is fulfilling his commitment.
